Dune Art Studio – Terms & Conditions for Artwork Sale & Purchase

 

  1. General Information

Welcome to Dune Art Studio. By purchasing or selling any artwork through our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

  1. Eligibility

Only individuals aged 18 or above are eligible to buy or sell artworks on Dune Art Studio. All users must provide accurate and complete information during registration or transaction.

  1. Artwork Authenticity

All artworks listed for sale must be original and created by the artist themselves.

The artist guarantees that the artwork is not a copy or reproduction of another artist’s work.

Dune Art Studio is not responsible for any false claims made by sellers.

  1. Pricing & Payment

Artwork prices are set by the artist or by Dune Art Studio (as applicable).

Payments must be made through the approved payment methods listed on our website.

The buyer agrees to pay the full price including any applicable taxes or delivery charges.

  1. Commission & Fees

Dune Art Studio may 15% charge a commission on each sale, which will be communicated in advance.

The remaining amount after commission will be transferred to the artist’s registered account within 7–10 working days.

  1. Delivery & Shipping

Once payment is confirmed, Dune Art Studio or the seller will arrange for packaging and delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location.

Any damage during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Cancellation & Refund

Once a payment is made, cancellation requests will only be accepted before shipping.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed as per our refund policy.

 Custom-made or commissioned artworks are non-refundable

  1. Copyright & Usage Rights

The artist retains all copyrights and reproduction rights of the artwork unless otherwise stated in writing.

Buyers are purchasing only the physical artwork, not the right to reproduce or resell images of it without permission.

  1. Liability

Dune Art Studio acts as an intermediary between artist and buyer and is not liable for disputes between the two parties.

* In case of fraud, misrepresentation, or dispute, Dune Art Studio reserves the right to take appropriate legal or corrective actions.

  1. Privacy Policy

All personal information shared with Dune Art Studio is kept confidential and used only for transaction and communication purposes.

  1. Changes to Terms

Dune Art Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
